Our brand new challenge to invite a solid and inspired yoga practice. The rules have changed making this challenge easier to plan around your life and includes bonus fun to keep you keen and energised over the 21 days.

NEW RULES

We are simplifying things so you are empowered to make the challenge best work for you. As long as you complete 12 classes in 21 days, you're good! Maybe you do four classes a week for three weeks, or maybe you do three classes in the first week, then five classes the next week and finish with four in the final week. You can also do more than one class a day. Please note, attendance at the Denmark Yoga Retreat accounts for four classes.

You'll receive inspiring journal prompts at the start of each week to explore in your own time.

WEEKLY PRIZES

At the end of each week, all participants who came to class will go into the draw to win a $20 voucher for Little Spencers. Announced at the end of each week.

THE FINE PRINT

Taking up the February Yoga Challenge for $168 gives you 12 classes over 21 days from Monday 16 February to Sunday 8 March, 2026 only. Strictly no refunds, pauses, transfers or sharing. This is not a membership. If you book a class and late cancel or no show, you forfeit that class and will need to buy another pass to make up the missing class. Winners will be chosen at random from a pool of students who complete the February Yoga Challenge, attending 12 classes over 21 days. Winners will be announced via social media.
