Shala Yoga Memberships

2 Week Unlimited Intro Offer

Can be purchased one time only.

Available to students new to Shala Yoga and/or have never purchased an intro offer from us before.

Expires 14 days from first use.

Strictly no suspensions or extensions on this pass.

No Lock in+ Shala Unlimited - Monthly Autopay Memberships

No Lock in+ Shala Unlimited - Monthly Autopay Members receive unlimited classes every week.

No Lock in+ Shala Unlimited FIFO - Monthly Autopay Members receive unlimited classes for one fortnight only each month.

Both Memberships receive free participation in our challenges and 10% off workshops and events.

To sign up to the No Lock in+ Shala Unlimited FIFO - Monthly Autopay Membership you are required to show Proof of Work Schedule, which must remain valid over the course of your membership. You agree to notify Shala Yoga if there are any changes to your schedule, so your contract can be reviewed.

These Memberships continue indefinitely, for a minimum of 2 months, until you advise Shala Yoga in writing that you wish to cancel it.

When you enter into a direct debit agreement with us your recurring payments will be secured at the said rate for a period of 12 months.

We reserve the right to increase your direct debit after the 12 month period and will notify you with one month’s written notice if this is the case. (Certain promotional memberships may not be subject to this increase).

Additional suspension periods (beyond the 60 day allowance) will incur a suspension fee charged at a rate of $10 per week.

Each suspension period must be a minimum of 7 days and include the exact start date and end date of the suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of the suspension period).

You will receive an email confirming your suspension request within 5 days.

Cancellation Policy

No Lock in+ Shala Unlimited and FIFO - Monthly Autopay Members can cancel their membership after two months. To cancel your membership please email us at hello@shalayoga.com.au with your requested termination date.

There is no cancellation fee.

We require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to your next billing date to stop future payments.

A minimum of 7 days notice is required before the next payment due date in order to ensure that payment is not debited. If we do not receive the required 7 days’ notice and the scheduled payment is debited refunds will not be issued.

You will receive an email confirmation to advise your cancellation has been processed, if you do not receive confirmation within 5 days of sending your request please contact the studio.

Please note: If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us as we may have not received your request and your membership may not have been cancelled.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable administration fees for students whose payments fail on a regular basis.

We reserve the right to terminate Unlimited Autopay Memberships of students who fail to respond to correspondence from us regarding failed payments.

Annual+ Shala Unlimited - Monthly Autopay Memberships

This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

This membership includes a maximum suspension allowance of 14 days per 3 month period.

Additional suspension periods (beyond the 60 day allowance) will incur a suspension fee charged at a rate of $10 per week.

Each suspension period must be a minimum of 7 days and include the exact start date and end date of the suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of the suspension period).

You will receive an email confirming your suspension request within 5 days.

Casual Shala Pass

Valid for one regular class on our schedule.

Expires 30 days after purchase.

No suspensions or extensions.

Once booked, a Shala Pass expires if you ‘Late Cancel’ from a class or don’t show up.

This is not a membership.

10 Class Shala Pass

Valid for any regular class on our schedule.

Expires 6 months from first use.

No suspensions or extensions.

Once booked, a Shala Pass expires if you ‘Late Cancel’ from a class or don’t show up.

This is not a membership.

20 Class Shala Pass

Valid for any regular class on our schedule.

Expires 9 months from first use.

No suspensions or extensions.

Once booked, a Shala Pass expires if you ‘Late Cancel’ from a class or don’t show up.

This is not a membership.

40 Class Shala Pass

Valid for any regular class on our schedule.

Expires 12 months from first use.

No suspensions or extensions.

Once booked, a Shala Pass expires if you ‘Late Cancel’ from a class or don’t show up.

This is not a membership.

Private and/or Corporate Yoga, Massage and Other Events

Private and/or Corporate Yoga, Massage and Other Events are offered by appointment only. 

Once you’ve made an inquiry, you’ll receive a response via email or phone call within 48 hours.

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or sms from Shala Yoga.

It’s your responsibility to ensure you and/or your team is healthy and well when attending your session.

If you and/or your team is feeling unwell please stay home and help us to protect the health and wellbeing of our community.

Shala Yoga is not liable for any ailment or injury resulting in the failure to disclose existing medical conditions.

Shala Yoga has the right to decline a booking request or complete a session without having to explain why.

Prices listed on this website and other marketing collateral are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Our time is valuable and must be respected. Not giving adequate notice of a change or cancellation means we don’t have time to fill your spot with someone else, costing us time and money.

Late Cancellations by the client less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the original booking value.

Last minute “no shows’ will incur a fee of 100% of the original booking value.

If you or your team arrives at your session late, that time will be deducted from your session time.

Shala Yoga reserves the right to cancel any appointments made, and will reschedule at a mutually agreeable time.

COVID-19

If you or your teacher/facilitator/therapist has COVID-19, your appointment will be postponed for a future date, not refunded.

Workshops & Events 

Shala Yoga Members receive 10% off all workshops and events.

We do not offer Concession discounts on workshops & events.

Bookings are made via Mindbody. 

You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing. Shala Yoga is not liable for any injuries that may be aggravated or arise during a workshop or event. 

If you have any injuries or health issues that may affect your ability to participate in your chosen workshop or event, please let us know beforehand, and reconsider whether you should attend. 

It’s your responsibility to ensure you are healthy and well when coming to a workshop or event. 

If you are feeling unwell please stay home and help us to protect the health and wellbeing of our community.

Refunds, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

We operate a no refund or exchange policy on all workshops and events, if you change your mind.

If you are unable to attend a workshop or event for whatever reason, you can arrange for another person to take your place. However, you must email us with their details.

If you can no longer attend an event, you are still required to advise Shala Yoga via email to ensure the facilitator prepares for the appropriate number of participants. 

Shala Yoga reserves the right to cancel or postpone any Workshop or Event.

If a workshop or event is cancelled by Shala Yoga, you can opt for either credit to be used at Shala Yoga or a full refund.

If a workshop or event is postponed and later rescheduled by Shala Yoga due to COVID-19, no refunds will be given, however you can ask for credit to be used at Shala Yoga.

Workshop & Event Vouchers

Workshop & Event Vouchers pertain to a specific workshop or event and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Workshop & Event Vouchers cannot be redeemed or replaced if misplaced, destroyed or otherwise unavailable and must be presented at the time of the workshop or event.

Shala Treatments & Massage

Massage treatments are offered by appointment only. 

Once you’ve inquired into a treatment, you’ll receive a response via email or phone call within 48 hours.

Your booking for your treatment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or sms from Shala Yoga.

It’s your responsibility to ensure you are healthy and well when coming to receive your treatment.

If you are feeling unwell please stay home and help us to protect the health and wellbeing of our community.

Massage Gift Vouchers

Massage Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Massage Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed or replaced if misplaced, destroyed or otherwise unavailable and must be presented at the time service is provided.

Massage Gift Vouchers purchased from November 2019 are valid for a period of up to 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed, refunded or extended after this period.

Square Surcharge Fee

If you make a payment in the Shala using Square, you will be charged 1.9% to cover the transaction fee.
