Shala Yoga Terms of Service

Newcomers

    • Can be purchased one time only

    • Available to all new students to Shala Yoga Bunbury or those who have never purchased the intro offer before

    • Activates on the date you book your first class

    • Expires after 14 days

    • Strictly no pauses

    • Students must adhere to our 2 hour cancellation policy to avoid ‘late cancel’/’no show’ penalties

    • Excludes courses, workshops and events

Upfront Memberships

    • Expires after 3 months

    • Activates on the date you first book into class

    • Membership can be paused for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 2 weeks via email. Please let us know the dates you wish to start and end your pause period. We ask that you contact us at least 5 working days before you want to start your pause period. We will email you to confirm that your pause has been approved and set up in Mindbody.

    • Students must adhere to our 2 hour cancellation policy to avoid ‘late cancel’/’no show’ penalties

    • This membership gives you a 10% discount on all Shala Yoga workshops and events as well as free participation in our 4x4 challenges

    • Can be purchased multiple times

    • Your Annual Upfront Shala Unlimited Membership gives you access to unlimited classes every week, free participation in our challenges and 10% off workshops and events.

    • Spring Bloom Sale 12 Months Upfront Membership allows you to attend unlimited classes per week, with a restriction of one class per day.

    • This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Suspension Policy: Suspension requests must be submitted by emailing us at hello@shalayoga.com.au with your requested dates. We require a minimum of 7 days notice from the start date of your suspension. Suspensions cannot be backdated nor can we process your request on the same day. This membership includes a maximum suspension allowance of 60 days per 12 month period. Each suspension period must be a minimum of 7 days and include the exact start date and end date of the suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of the suspension period). You will receive an email confirming your suspension request within 5 days. Please note: If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us as we may have not received your request and your membership may not have been suspended.

 

Direct Debit Memberships

    • Allows you to attend any regular yoga class up to two times a week

    • Activates on the date of purchase

    • Debited monthly

    • Minimum 3 month auto-renewing membership, after which you can cancel by email

    • Membership can be paused for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 60 days per 12 month period via email. Please let us know the dates you wish to start and end your pause period. We ask that you contact us at least 5 working days before you want to start your pause period. We will email you to confirm that your pause has been approved and set up in Mindbody. Your monthly payment(s) will be adjusted to reflect the pause period.

    • Students must adhere to our 2 hour cancellation policy to avoid ‘late cancel’/’no show’ penalties

    • This membership gives you a 10% discount on all Shala Yoga workshops and events as well as free participation in our 4x4 challenges

    • Both Memberships receive free participation in our challenges and 10% off workshops and events.

    • To sign up to the No Lock in+ Shala Unlimited FIFO - Monthly Autopay Membership you are required to show Proof of Work Schedule, which must remain valid over the course of your membership. You agree to notify Shala Yoga if there are any changes to your schedule, so your contract can be reviewed.

    • These Memberships continue indefinitely, for a minimum of 2 months, until you advise Shala Yoga in writing that you wish to cancel it.

    • Both Memberships receive free participation in our challenges and 10% off workshops and events.

    • When you enter into a direct debit agreement with us your recurring payments will be secured at the said rate for a period of 12 months. We reserve the right to increase your direct debit after the 12 month period and will notify you with one month’s written notice if this is the case. (Certain promotional memberships may not be subject to this increase).

    • Suspension Policy: Suspension requests must be submitted by emailing us at hello@shalayoga.com.au with your request, including your requested dates. We require a minimum of 7 days notice from the start date of your suspension. Suspensions cannot be backdated nor can we process your request on the same day. This membership includes a maximum suspension allowance of 60 days per 12 month period. Each suspension period must be a minimum of 7 days and include the exact start date and end date of the suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of the suspension period). You will receive an email confirming your suspension request within 5 days.     • Cancellation Policy: No Lock in+ Shala Unlimited and FIFO - Monthly Autopay Members can cancel their membership after two months. To cancel your membership please email us at hello@shalayoga.com.au with your requested termination date. There is no cancellation fee. We require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to your next billing date to stop future payments. A minimum of 7 days notice is required before the next payment due date in order to ensure that payment is not debited. If we do not receive the required 7 days’ notice and the scheduled payment is debited refunds will not be issued. You will receive an email confirmation to advise your cancellation has been processed, if you do not receive confirmation within 5 days of sending your request please contact the studio. Please note: If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us as we may have not received your request and your membership may not have been cancelled. We reserve the right to charge reasonable administration fees for students whose payments fail on a regular basis. We reserve the right to terminate Unlimited Autopay Memberships of students who fail to respond to correspondence from us regarding failed payments.

    • 6 Month+ Shala Unlimited - Monthly Autopay Members receive unlimited classes every week. 6 Month+ Shala Unlimited FIFO - Monthly Autopay Members receive unlimited classes for one fortnight only each month

    • Both Memberships receive free participation in our challenges and 10% off workshops and events.

    • To sign up to the 6 Month+ Shala Unlimited FIFO - Monthly Autopay Membership you are required to show Proof of Work Schedule, which must remain valid over the course of your membership. You agree to notify Shala Yoga if there are any changes to your schedule, so your contract can be reviewed.

    • These Memberships continue indefinitely, for a minimum of 6 months, until you advise Shala Yoga in writing that you wish to cancel it.

A $74 cancellation fee (equating to two weeks membership) applies to both our ‘6 Month+ Shala and FIFO Shala Memberships’ should you wish to terminate your membership before a 6 month period. A minimum of 7 days notice is required before the next payment due date in order to ensure that payment is not debited. Other

    • During different times of the year, we offer discounts on our multi-class passes and memberships. Sometimes the conditions of our multi-class passes and memberships change as part of that sale. Please always read the fine print to ensure you understand the terms and conditions specific to that sale. By purchasing the sale item, you agree to the terms.

    • Gift Vouchers can be redeemed via email and by quoting the Gift Voucher number or by visiting us at 3/2B Victoria Street Bunbury and bringing along your gift voucher.

    • Gift Vouchers cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, transferable or resold. Shala Yoga Bunbury is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Expires 3 years after the purchase date.

    • A one month notice period will be provided for any price changes. If a client is in a direct debit membership arrangement, we will honour their agreed membership arrangement until the end of the contract cycle.

    • The client will receive a one month notice period of the new pricing structure via email, and the opportunity to make any adjustments to their membership.

    • If you make a payment in the Shala using Square, you will be charged 1.9% to cover the transaction fee.
