Join Gyani on the shortest day of the year for a nourishing afternoon of Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), and Yoga Nidra.

Inspired by the Water Element, this special Winter Solstice practice is designed to replenish, restore, and cultivate vitality for the winter months ahead.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is associated with the Water Element—a time of stillness, reflection, and conservation of energy. Nature slows down, the days are shorter, and everything naturally turns inward. As the most yin season of the year, winter invites us to rest deeply, strengthen our life force, and reconnect with our inner reserves.

Through long-held yin postures, mindful breathing practices, and the deeply restorative experience of Yoga Nidra, you'll be guided into a state of profound calm and renewal.

Take this opportunity to honour the season, embrace the quiet wisdom of winter, and nourish yourself from within.
