Free for 18–30-year-olds | All welcome — beginners included

 Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and creativity. Each month blends a rejuvenating yoga session with a themed craft and wellbeing activity to help you feel more grounded, connected, and inspired. Come in comfy clothes for yoga, bring your drink bottle, and we’ll provide everything else. You can bring a buddy or come solo — there’s a friendly face waiting for you either way!
