Feel held and supported during this 90 minute journey to bring body, mind and heart into harmony through restorative yoga and the divine healing vibrations of therapeutic sound bowls placed on various parts of your body. Enjoy sacred YOU time to recharge, rest and renew. You’ll experience a nourishing yoga nidra to help you ground in the space, followed by a restorative yoga sequence to compliment the soothing vibrations of Eve's powerful sound bowls and other instruments that will bathe you and harmonise the space. Wear warm comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
