Following our final practice of the year, we warmly invite you to join us or stay on and gather together for a special time of connection and celebration.

We’ll come together in a closing circle to reflect on the year that has been, share our gratitude for this beautiful community, and join our voices in a shared mantra.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy tea, cake and conversation — a chance to connect, share and celebrate all that makes Shala so special.

Whether you’ve been practicing with us for years or have only recently joined our community, we would love for you to be part of this special gathering.

Let’s come together to honour our practice, our connections and the time we’ve shared on the mat.
